Alright, so I finally got around to checking out 1600 Smith Street. I’d heard some buzz about it, seen some pictures, so I figured, why not? Let’s go see what this place is all about.
First thing I did was, you know, just walk around the block a few times. Get a feel for the neighborhood. See what the vibe was. Is it busy? Quiet? Lots of foot traffic?

Then I spent some time just observing the building itself. How does it look from across the street? How about up close? I looked at the entrance. Noticed the details, like, what kind of doors do they have? Is there a doorman? Stuff like that.
- Checked out the windows – are they clean? Tinted? Can you see inside?
- Looked for any signs, you know, like building names, company logos, anything like that.
- Noticed the overall condition of the building – does it look new? Old? Well-maintained?
I also paid attention to what was around the building. Are there any restaurants nearby? Coffee shops? Other businesses? Is there a park across the street? Anything interesting that might tell me more about the location.
After that, I did a quick search online, just on my phone. I was looking for basic info, like, what kind of building is it? Office space? Apartments? I didn’t dig too deep, just wanted a general idea.
Finally, based everyting,I got done,I can tell this building is pretty awesome place.
