Okay, so, let me tell you about this little adventure I had with “Happy Cosmetics”. I’m always on the lookout for new beauty stuff, you know, the usual – skincare, makeup, all that jazz. I’d heard some buzz about this brand called Happy Skin, apparently, it’s a local Filipino brand. Some people said their Lip Mallows are just amazing and that they have really good customer service. Sounded interesting, right?
So, I decided to give it a shot. Now, I’m no beauty guru or anything, just your average person who likes to look and feel good. I started by doing a little digging. I found out that it was started by these two women, Jacqe and Rissa, back in 2013. They wanted to make makeup that’s actually good for your skin and works well in the humid weather here. That’s a big plus for me, ’cause who wants their makeup melting off their face, right?
Then, I went ahead and tried some of their products. I got a few things – a foundation, some blush, and one of those famous Lip Mallows everyone’s talking about. I used them for a few weeks, just to see how they hold up in my daily routine. The foundation was pretty good, I must say. It gave me decent coverage without feeling too heavy. The blush was nice too, gave me that healthy glow, you know?
