Cheap Amusement Park Belgium Options (Have Fun Without Breaking the Bank)

Posted on 21/01/202521/01/2025 by InsightWriter

Alright, so last weekend, I decided to hit up some amusement parks in Belgium. I’d heard a lot about them, and being a bit of a thrill-seeker, I was pretty pumped. I started with a bit of research, you know, checking out which parks were the most popular and what kind of rides they had.

I mapped out a route that would let me hit a couple of the big ones. First up was Walibi Belgium. I got there right when it opened, which was a good move – not too many people yet. I jumped straight onto the Cobra, a rollercoaster that I’d read was a must-try. It did not disappoint! It goes upside down three times and the loops and twists were insane.

  • Went on the Radja River after that – a water ride. Got a bit splashed, but it was fun.
  • Grabbed a quick lunch at one of the food stands. Just a burger and fries, nothing fancy, but it hit the spot.

After lunch, I tackled the Dalton Terror, a free-fall ride. My stomach was in my throat the whole time, but it was awesome. I spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the park, trying out some of the smaller rides and just soaking up the atmosphere.

Next Day Adventures

The next day, I headed to Bellewaerde, which is not just an amusement park, but also has a zoo. I was pretty excited to see that combination. I started with the animal section. They had lions, tigers, and giraffes – the whole shebang. It was cool to see them up close.

After the zoo, I hit up the rides. The Boomerang was my favorite. It’s a rollercoaster that goes forward and then backward through the same track. Pretty wild! I also tried the Niagara, a water ride that has a huge splash at the end. Let’s just say I needed a change of clothes after that one.

I ended the day with a stroll through the park. It’s really well-maintained and has some beautiful gardens. It was a nice, chill way to wrap up my amusement park adventure in Belgium. Overall, it was a great trip. The rides were thrilling, the parks were clean and fun, and I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re ever in the area. Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes – you’ll be doing a lot of walking!
