Okay, so, I’ve been trying out this thing called Myosculpt. I heard about it from a friend who was raving about how it helped her tone up, and, well, I was curious. I mean, who wouldn’t be, right?
First off, I did a bit of digging online. Seemed like it uses some sort of electromagnetic tech to make your muscles contract. Apparently, it does, like, 30,000 of these in one session. Sounds intense, doesn’t it?

I booked myself four sessions to start. There was also this other thing, UltraFirm RF, that some people were using together with Myosculpt for better results. I didn’t go for that this time, wanted to see how Myosculpt worked on its own first.
The actual sessions were… interesting. You lie down, and they strap these pads to the area you want to work on. For me, it was my abs. Then, the machine starts doing its thing. It feels weird, not painful, just… weird. Like your muscles are moving on their own, and you’re not doing anything. It’s a pretty strange sensation, honestly.

Felt super weird. I was a bit tense.
Got a bit more used to the feeling.
I think I started noticing a slight difference in how my clothes fit. Maybe?
Definitely felt like something was happening. My abs felt… tighter, I guess?
Now, I’ve read that with CoolSculpting, you see results around the 3-month mark. I’m not sure if it is the same deal with Myosculpt, but I was kind of hoping to see something sooner. I also watched some videos online – one girl did a few treatments in her workout video and she didn’t show the great results she said she’d got, so who knows.
After my four sessions, I do think there’s a bit of a change. My stomach feels firmer, and maybe a little bit more toned. It’s not a huge difference, but it’s something.
Would I do it again? Maybe. I’m still on the fence. I might try adding in that UltraFirm RF thing next time, see if that makes a bigger difference. I am still doing my regular workouts and eating healthy, of course. This isn’t some magic solution, but it might be a nice little boost. We’ll see. I’ll keep you guys posted if I do another round.
