Okay, so today I messed around with this thing called “Super Glide 2”. Let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey.
First off, I had to get my hands on these Super Glide 2 skates. I found these on a website, there are a few versions available, and I picked a random one. It took a few days to get to my place.

- They finally arrived, and I ripped open the package.
- Inside, there were these glass skates, and they looked pretty slick.
- I also made sure I had a clean mousepad, ’cause I didn’t want any extra friction messing things up.
Next, I grabbed my mouse and flipped it over. I carefully removed the old skates with a tiny screwdriver, making sure I didn’t scratch anything. Then, I cleaned the bottom with some alcohol wipes, just to make sure the new skates would stick properly.
Installing the Skates
Putting on the Super Glide 2 was pretty straightforward. I just lined them up with the spots where the old skates were and pressed down firmly. I gave them a good once-over to make sure they were secure.
Then came the fun part – testing them out. I hopped into a game, and whoa, what a difference! My mouse was gliding like it was on ice. It felt so smooth and effortless to move around. I played for a few hours, and honestly, it felt like I had a slight edge. My aim was a bit snappier, and tracking targets felt more fluid.
Playing a game
I spent the rest of the day tweaking my sensitivity settings, trying to find that sweet spot. It definitely took some getting used to, but once I dialed it in, it was pretty awesome.
Overall, I’m pretty stoked about the Super Glide 2. They definitely lived up to the hype. It’s like giving your mouse a whole new lease on life. If you’re looking to upgrade your setup, I’d say give these a shot. You might be surprised at how much of a difference they make.
It’s still early days, but so far, so good. I’ll keep using them and see how they hold up in the long run. But for now, I’m enjoying the smooth, frictionless ride.
