Okay, so I’ve been trying to be more conscious about the products I use, especially when it comes to animal testing. I really like Mediheal sheet masks, they’re, like, my go-to for a quick skin pick-me-up. But I started wondering, “Wait, are these even cruelty-free?” So, I went on a little mission to find out.
Digging for Info
First, I checked the Mediheal packaging itself. I flipped it over, scanned the back, looking for any logos or statements about animal testing. Honestly, I didn’t find anything definitive, which was kind of a bummer.
Next, I hit up Google. I typed in “is mediheal cruelty-free” and scrolled through a bunch of articles and blog posts. It was a bit of a mixed bag, some sources said yes, some said no, some were just plain confusing.
I tried to find Mediheal’s official stance on animal testing on their website, it became a bit of hide and seek game. I couldn’t find anything clear and straightforward there either.
The Verdict?
Honestly, After all this, it has been very difficult to get to a place. It seems to be unclear that the brand sells in a country, where animal testing is mandatory for imported products.
So, it’s up to you, I have decided to look for my favorite mask at other brands!
