Okay, so I’ve been getting into collecting football cards lately, and I really wanted to snag an Eddie George card. He was a beast back in the day, and I figured it’d be cool to have one of his cards in my collection.
The Hunt Begins
First thing I did was hit up the internet. I started by searching for “Eddie George football cards” to see what was out there. I figured there’d be a ton of options, and I was right.

Scouting the Options
I found a bunch of different cards, from his rookie year to ones from later in his career. It was kind of overwhelming, to be honest! Some were pretty cheap, others were going for a lot more, depends on what you are looking for.
Narrowing It Down
I decided to focus on finding a card that was in decent condition and wasn’t going to break the bank. I also wanted to get a card that I can find easily, so I picked up a few. Here’s what I did:
- Looked at Pictures: I wanted a card that looks good, no bent corners or anything.
- Checked prices: I set a budget.
The Final Play
After looking around for a bit, I finally found a couple of cards. I ended up grabbing a card that was in pretty good shape, and another one that wasn’t as nice but was cheap. I figure I can always upgrade later if I want to.
All in all, it was a fun little project, I am no pro at this. I am happy I got my hands on some Eddie George cards. Now it’s time to find a good spot to display them!
