Okay, so I’ve been meaning to get my hands on some of those commemorative coins, the “zzz” ones, you know? I finally decided to dive in and figure out how to actually get them. It was a bit of a process, so I figured I’d share what I did.
Starting the Hunt
First, I just started Googling. Like, a lot. I was trying to find out where these things even come from. Are they from a specific mint? Are they sold online? Do I have to go to some special store? Total information overload.
I spent a good chunk of time just sifting through websites. Some looked pretty sketchy, others seemed more legit. It was tough to tell what was what at first.
Figuring Out the Source
After a while, I started to get a clearer picture. I realized a lot of these coins are sold directly from, you know, official sources. I felt a little dumb for not figuring that out sooner. 😅
Making the Purchase (Finally!)
So, I went to the official website and found the “zzz” coins! They were right there, easy to find once I knew where to look. I added them to my cart – felt good to finally be making progress.
- Checked out the different options. They had a few variations, which was cool.
- Picked the one I wanted.
- Filled in all my shipping info. You know, the usual stuff.
- Paid for it.
And…done! I got a confirmation email, so it seems like everything went through okay. Now I just have to wait for them to arrive. I’m pretty stoked to finally have them.
It has not been delivered yet but I think I am going to like it.
