Okay, so I’ve been wanting to check out Golden Bear golf clothing for a while. I kept seeing ads and hearing folks on the course talk about it, so I figured, why not? I needed some new golf shirts anyway.
Getting Started
First things first, I went to check some shops. I like to feel the fabric and see how things fit before I buy, you know? So I drove around to a couple of local golf stores.
- First stop: My usual pro shop. They had a small selection, mostly just the basic polos. Nothing that really caught my eye, and the prices seemed a little high.
- Second stop: A bigger sporting goods store. They had a bit more variety, but still not a ton of Golden Bear stuff. I found one shirt I kind of liked, but they didn’t have my size. Bummer.
Trying them On
I did try the shirt that I liked but not my size. It felt pretty good. The material was nice and lightweight, seemed like it would breathe well on a hot day. I noticed the stitching seemed pretty solid, too – like it wouldn’t fall apart after a few washes.
But still , I was not sure what to do.
Checking for More
I went to some other shops to find the size I need. Because, I felt the material was good. It took me almost a day to visit different shops, some of them even don’t know this brand, haha.
Finally
After a long search, finally I found one store which is selling Golden Bear. I straight away went to the fitting room and I loved it. Immediately I bought a few shirts and pants with different colors. Can’t wait for my next golf session to wear all of these.
