Finding My Voice

All those notes and symbols… But I did find out that the main parts were something like Bm, Asus4, G, and D. That at least gave me a start.
I started strumming and singing, trying to match the chords with the lyrics. It was rough, I tell ya. My fingers were clumsy, and the transitions were, well, let’s just say they weren’t smooth.
After many, many attempts, I finally managed to play and sing the whole song. It wasn’t perfect, not by a long shot. But it was mine. My own version of “Alleluia Love is Alive.” And you know what? It felt good. It felt really good.
So, that’s my little story. It’s not about being a pro or having a perfect voice. It’s about the joy of learning, of trying, and of making a song your own. And maybe, just maybe, it’s about letting your heart sing “alleluia” in its own way. The words themselves were so nice and meaningful, you know? The parts where it’s like “Love is alive” and “The son has arisen” were so powerful! I love this song now. It will be a staple for me.
