Okay, so I’ve been digging around for info on the next WoW expansion, you know, “11.0” stuff. It’s all super hush-hush, but leaks happen, right? I wanted to see if I could piece anything together myself.
First, I started by hitting up all the usual spots. The WoW forums, Reddit, you name it. I was basically just soaking up everything, even the stuff that seemed totally out there. You gotta sift through a lot of garbage to find the good stuff.
Then I tried to cross-reference things. Like, if multiple people were saying the same thing, even on different sites, it felt a little more credible. Still not proof, of course, but it’s a start.
I also looked at old expansion announcements. Blizzard has patterns, you know? They drop hints in-game, they do interviews, they release cinematics. So I was trying to see if anything from the current expansion, or recent events, could be pointing towards 11.0.
The most interesting is about “Avaloren”. Several leaks say new zones. So I searched “Avaloren” and combined the “World of Warcraft”. I found some guys talking about it.
My Dumb Speculation Time
- New Continent: Most “leaks” talk about going to a new continent. It’s always exciting.
- New Factions: Not sure new race, just new factions. I think it make the story more diversity.
Honestly, it’s all just fun speculation at this point. I’m not a data miner, I’m not a hacker, I’m just a dude who loves WoW and enjoys the hunt for info. It kept me busy for a few hours, and it’s always fun to dream about what’s next, right?
In the end, did I really leak anything? Probably not. But it was a blast to try and connect the dots. I can’t wait for the official announcement, whenever that happens. Until then, I’ll keep my ear to the ground!
