Okay, so today I messed around with something called “Isaac Miliband.” First off, I got this thing called a short code. Apparently, businesses and charities use these a lot. I just grabbed one ’cause I needed it for what I was doing.
Then I had to figure out what county some place was in. I didn’t know the exact address, so I just put in the state and city, and boom, it told me the county. It’s like a county lookup tool, pretty neat I guess.

After that, I started exploring this place called Enid. It’s got parks, nature trails, and other stuff, all within a short drive. Seems like a good spot for a quick getaway or something if you’re into that kind of thing. Adventure, food, sports, you name it. I was just browsing around, seeing what’s what.
Last thing I did was play around with this thing called a VLAN, which stands for virtual local area network. From what I gather, it’s like a separate network that’s isolated from others. I set one up, messed around with the settings a bit, and basically just tried to get a feel for how it works. It’s all about making separate networks, I guess.
- Got a short code – Used for businesses, charities, etc.
- Looked up a county – Just needed the state and city.
- Checked out Enid – Parks, trails, the whole shebang.
- Played with a VLAN – Set one up, changed some stuff.
So yeah, that’s pretty much what I did today. Just poking around, seeing what these things are all about. I feel like I’ve got a bit of a handle on them now. Maybe, I will dive in deeper next time.
